Shipping Times
Orders for Acapella products are processed within the next 48 business hours after the purchase is made.
Acapella occupies an outsourced logistics and courier service, which all shipments are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the parcel service as well as its service policies, whether delays or deliveries to wrong addresses are the responsibility of the parcel and not of Acapella. Our Customer Service team works closely with this provider and will try to resolve any issues.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package to be able to track it. Shipments are made mostly by FedEx or Estafeta, unless otherwise specified in the shipping confirmation email.
Acapella will provide the customer with a tracking number when their order has been packed and shipped. With this tracking number you can see the status of your order at all times by clicking here.
Considering this order processing time, home delivery time is 3 to 5 business days* after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
For international and imported products, the home delivery time can be extended a little longer, being these times from 5 to 10 business days* after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
The cost of standard shipping to the entire Mexican Republic is $149 MXN. Standard shipping is free on orders over $1499 MXN.
The cost of international shipping is $499 MXN.
In the event that your address is in an extended area of the country which is determined by the courier service, the shipping cost may be higher and will be notified at the time of selection.
In an extended area, the time can be up to 10 business days* and the cost of standard shipping is $249 MXN.
