The following terms and conditions apply only to online orders made at www.acapellastore.com

To request Invoice
Send us an email to facturacion@acapella.mx with all your information.
It is important that you request it before the end of the month in which you made your purchase.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 24 business hours.

Once processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Shipments will be made by FedEx or Estafeta. With the tracking number you can see the status of your order at all times.

Delivery time is 4 to 6 business days . It may vary depending on the season.

Due to the contingency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed.

We do not make refunds or rate adjustments if you select express shipping and your order takes more than 4 business days to arrive.

The shipping cost is $149 MXN.

The shipping cost could increase to $238 MXN if your address is in the "extended zone" determined by the courier. In this case, you will be notified when entering your address in the purchase process. The delivery time for extended area can be up to 10 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over $999 MXN.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you have Changes and Returns?
Yes, we can make changes within the first 30 days and returns within the first 10 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

You will receive your return as a GiftCard, without an issue date.

For products with discounts or promotions such as "Hot Sale" "Buen Fin" "Mid Season Sales", among others, you can make changes or returns during the first 5 business days from the delivery of your order.

For reasons of hygiene and health, changes or returns of face masks are not accepted.

How do I make changes or returns?
Very easy,

1. Enter our portal for changes and returns. Enter order # and email and specify the changes you would like to make (please include photos of the product).

2. Once your change request is accepted on the portal, we will send you a return guide (We cover the costs of your first change, if you need to make another, the shipping costs are on your account).

3. Send us the product you want to change.

4. Once the package is received, we will check that the product is in good condition and we will send you the exchange within 3-5 business days or we will process the return in GiftCard mode. The GiftCard will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the returned product.

In order to make the change, it is important that the clothing is not used or damaged and that all its labels are in place.

This policy is only valid for shipments within the Mexican Republic.

Do changes or returns have any cost?
No, we cover all shipping costs

*We only cover the costs of one change per order, if you want to make a second change the costs would be on your own.

* We do not make refunds in the case that you have already paid for a shipping guide.

Can I make changes at any Acapella store?
Yeah! We only ask that the product be new with its label and that you bring your confirmation email with your order number.

Can I make returns at any Acapella store?
Unfortunately not. But you can exchange your garment for a GiftCard. Be sure to keep in mind your confirmation email with your order number.

Cancellation Policies
To make a cancellation, send an email to onlinestore@acapella.mx, the refund will be reflected between 24 and 48 hours.
